Waren Daniel Mena, 31, was arrested on June 20, "after a multi-month investigation," with the assistance of the Carlisle Borough Police Department, the Middlesex Township Police stated in a release.

Mena has been charged with rape of a mentally disabled person, indecent sexual assault of a person with a mental disability, financial exploitation of a care-dependent person, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the police and confirmed by court documents.

He is a dad according to his social media.

He also has a criminal record for drug offenses, burglary, criminal mischief, and evading arrest — all were misdemeanor or summary offenses but his sentence for the drug charge was only submitted on June 4 and will be fulfilled now that he has been arrested, according to previous court dockets.

His preliminary arraignment was held before Judge Daniel J. Freedman at 7:30 a.m. on June 21, as detailed in his latest docket. He has been held in the Cumberland County Prison after failing to post $35,000 bail. His preliminary hearing has been set before the same judge at 10:45 a.m. on July 3.
